Currently based in Los Angeles, California, Hajjie serves as Sales Manager for Big Bus Tours – Los Angeles, where he leads hotel partnerships, business development, and hospitality engagement. His ability to build value-driven relationships and drive sales performance has not only earned him praise across the U.S. tourism market but also brought Big Bus Tours into top-of-mind awareness in key hospitality hubs. His success in converting hotel networks and creating incentive programs highlights his unique flair for combining strategy with service.

Parallel to this, he holds the prestigious post of Director of Wholesale Distribution at Uni-Orient Travel, Inc. in the Philippines, where he spearheads B2B initiatives and hotel contracting—most recently expanding to international markets. In 2024 alone, he led the company to a record-breaking ₱650 million PHP in sales, with an ambitious goal of ₱1.2 billion PHP for 2025. His work in launching and optimizing the company’s B2B online reservation system reflects a vision that is both tech-savvy and customer-centered.

Hajjie’s impact reaches far beyond business. A decorated writer and creative mind, he is a Doctor of Literature (Honoris Causa) and award-winning author, having received the Outstanding Writer Bulosan Award 2024, the HOPE PYX International Book Awards 2024, a Bronze Medal at Dan Poynter’s Global Ebook Awards, and a nomination for the Poetry Planet Literary Award. In 2025, he was honored with the Renaissance Visionary Award by the National Customers’ Choice Awards for his outstanding contribution to literature, arts, sciences, and innovation.

Educationally, Hajjie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from AMA Computer University and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA. He also recently completed a Certification in Business Consultancy from the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights in Washington, D.C.—cementing his profile as both a creative and corporate strategist.
