At the crossroads of hospitality and human resources, Uljer is charting a path defined by purpose, professionalism, and an unwavering dedication to growth. As Currently serving as an HR Recruitment and Selection Assistant at Alrose Group of Companies in Iligan City, Patrick is at the forefront of talent acquisition and organizational support. In this role, he assists in screening candidates, facilitating onboarding, and ensuring that the company attracts and retains individuals aligned with its values and goals. His work reflects not just technical skill, but an instinct for people—what motivates them, how they grow, and where they thrive.

Patrick’s academic journey began at Mindanao State University – Maigo School of Arts and Trades, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from August 2018 to July 2022. With a vision to expand his leadership capacity and business acumen, he began pursuing his Master of Business Administration major in Human Resource Management at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA in September 2024.

To further strengthen his industry standing, Patrick earned his Certified Hospitality Professional (CHP) credential from the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Professionals in November 2024, and later that year, became a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) through the Human Resource Educators Association of the Philippines in October 2024. These designations reflect his deep commitment to both service excellence and people development.

His technical proficiency is supported by a robust background in TESDA-accredited competencies. He holds National Certificate II credentials in Housekeeping (issued August 9, 2022), Cookery (March 13, 2018), Food and Beverage Service (March 12, 2018), and Bread and Pastry Production (October 30, 2017). These certifications demonstrate his hands-on expertise across core areas of hospitality operations.

Complementing his professional discipline is his background in civic service. Patrick completed his Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program under the MSU-MSAT ROTC Unit, earning a Certificate of Completion on May 11, 2019, as part of the 1002nd (LDN) 10th RCDG, ARESCOM.
