John Christopher S. Pedraja, CHP®, is a hospitality professional with a strong blend of academic preparation and hands-on operational leadership across food and beverage, hotel, and resort environments. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Our Lady of Fatima University Antipolo and a Professional Development Diploma in International Hospitality Leadership from the American Hospitality Academy, and he is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration major in Organizational Development at St. Paul University Manila. This foundation supports his work not only in hospitality operations but also in training and consultancy, as he also serves as a Certified Corporate and Business Skills Trainer and a Certified Sales and Marketing Consultant at IHELP Coaching and Business Solutions Incorporated. In his current role as Assistant Department Manager at McDonald’s Philippines, he helps oversee daily operations, supports workflow and scheduling, and leads teams toward performance targets, with early career recognition including being a Dean’s Lister in the Advanced Shift Leadership Course class of 2023.
