Certified Tourism Professional (CTP) April Annie Joy Homoroc is an accomplished academic leader, program head, and educator whose work bridges the dynamic worlds of tourism, hospitality, and public service. Currently serving as the Program Head for the College of Business Administration, she brings over a decade of experience as a professor, curriculum designer, and student mentor across respected institutions in the Philippines.

She is consistently recognized as an Outstanding Faculty Member and has received back-to-back Presidential Awards for her leadership as part of the JCI Baliwag Buntal Board of Directors.

April’s professional journey is underscored by her diverse qualifications. She is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), a meritissimus graduate of the Certificate in Teaching Education program with a remarkable 1.13 GWA, and a Juris Doctor student.

Her work in both the public and private sectors has focused on elevating standards in tourism and hospitality education while promoting innovation, service, and ethical leadership.
