John Paul G. Reyes, CHP®, is a dedicated educator and hospitality professional with a strong academic foundation and practical industry experience. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Hospitality Management at Cavite State University – Main Campus, building upon his Bachelor’s degree in the same field, which he completed with Cum Laude honors. He also earned a Diploma in Hospitality Management With Distinction from the same institution.

His professional objective is centered on obtaining a teaching position where he can utilize advanced teaching methods to develop creativity and high-order thinking skills in students. He is currently fulfilling this goal as a College Instructor at Citi Global College. His industry experience is well-rounded, having held roles in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage services at establishments such as Farm Hills Garden and Magallanes Square Hotel.

His commitment to the field is further demonstrated through his active participation in relevant seminars, including “Innovative and Sustainable Research for a Changing Future: Building the Future of Tourism and Hospitality” and “Trends, Operations, and Future Innovation of the Tourism and Hospitality Industry.” He also holds a leadership role as the Adviser for the Association of Tourism Management Students at his current institution.

Complementing his professional and academic pursuits, he has been recognized with awards such as the “Top Performing Instructor” from the College of International Tourism Management at CITI Global College Inc. and a “Gawad Karangalan Award” from San Pedro, Laguna.
