Angelo I. Ferrer, CHP®, CTP®, is a dedicated educator and hospitality professional with a robust academic and operational background. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management, providing a strong foundation for his expertise. His professional standing is elevated by his dual certification in hospitality and tourism.

As a full-time Faculty Member at the College of Hospitality and Institutional Management of Our Lady of Fatima University – Pampanga, he is responsible for teaching a wide array of major courses, from Entrepreneurship in Hospitality to Macro Perspective in Tourism and Hospitality, demonstrating his comprehensive grasp of the field.

His academic leadership is effectively balanced with substantial industry experience gained in supervisory roles within the food and beverage sector. He has served as a Kitchen Supervisor at Hola Parade and a Dining Supervisor at KOKIO Grills, where he honed his skills in inventory management, staff training, and quality control.

This practical, hands-on experience ensures his teaching is informed by current industry practices. His credentials are further enhanced by a consistent record of recognition, including being named an Outstanding Faculty Member, underscoring his commitment to excellence in both education and the professional sphere.
