Certified Hospitality Professional (CHP) Oliver Ferancullo Fabon is a veteran hospitality educator and technical-vocational leader with over a decade of academic service. Currently a college instructor specializing in tourism and hospitality management, Fabon has molded hundreds of students across numerous institutions in Metro Manila and beyond. With a foundation in entrepreneurship and computer science, coupled with a Master’s in Public Management major in Business Administration, Fabon brings a multidisciplinary approach to the classroom—fostering both business acumen and service excellence in his students.

Beyond teaching, he is also a certified assessor and trainer for a wide array of TESDA-accredited programs, including Bartending NC-II, Food and Beverage Services NC-II, Housekeeping NC-II, and Events Management Services NC-III. His role as an LMS developer for Home Economics programs further reflects his commitment to digital transformation in technical-vocational education. With a long list of seminars, international facilitator trainings, and service-learning immersion, Fabon is an academic professional who never stops learning, leading, and serving the Philippine hospitality industry.

“I discovered ITHP through research and networking, as I was looking for organizations that align with my professional goals and values,” Fabon shares.
